This Privacy Policy describes how Market Me LLC, a California limited liability company (“Market Me,” “MarketMeLLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with your use of SeniorEquityAdvisors.org (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
“Senior Equity Advisors” is a marketing brand and website name used by Market Me. It is not a separate legal entity.

1. Who We Are and What We Do
SeniorEquityAdvisors.co is a marketing and lead-generation website. We provide educational content and collect information from consumers interested in learning more about reverse mortgages. We then use that information to help connect you with independent, licensed reverse mortgage lenders and loan officers (“Lender Partners”) who can discuss specific loan options with you.
We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. We do not make credit decisions or originate loans.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two main types of information: (1) information you provide directly, and (2) information collected automatically or from other sources.
2.1 Information You Provide
When you use the Site or otherwise interact with us, you may provide information including:
– Name;
– Mailing address;
– Email address;
– Phone number (including mobile number);
– Property address and property-related details (for example, estimated value, type of property, occupancy);
– Information about your current mortgage or home equity (such as approximate balance, existing liens, or whether you currently have a reverse mortgage);
– Age or age range (for example, to determine potential reverse mortgage eligibility); and
– Any other information you choose to provide in a form or communication.
We may also collect information if you contact us by email, phone, text message, or through other communication tools.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
– IP address;
– Browser type and version;
– Device identifiers;
– Operating system;
– Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on the Site;
– Referring/exit pages; and
– General location information derived from your IP address.
We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect this information and to recognize your browser or device over time.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
– Advertising partners and lead sources;
– Data providers and analytics companies;
– Lender Partners; and
– Publicly available sources.
We may combine this information with information we collect directly from you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
– Providing the Services, including reviewing your information and attempting to match you with one or more Lender Partners;
– Communicating with you about reverse mortgages and related products through calls, texts, emails, and other channels;
– Delivering marketing and promotional messages (including retargeted or interest-based advertising);
– Improving and optimizing the Site, user experience, and our marketing campaigns;
– Conducting analytics, research, and reporting (for example, understanding which ads lead to inquiries);
– Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, security incidents, or other malicious activity;
– Complying with legal and regulatory obligations; and
– Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 With Lender Partners
Our primary business is to connect you with independent reverse mortgage lenders and loan officers. When you submit your information, we may share some or all of the information you provide with one or more Lender Partners so they can contact you about reverse mortgage options and, if you choose, take your application directly with them.
Once your information is shared with a Lender Partner, that Lender Partner’s own privacy policy and practices will govern their use of your information. We do not control how Lender Partners use or safeguard your information, but we expect them to comply with applicable law and licensing requirements.
4.2 With Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, such as:
– Website hosting and maintenance providers;
– Data analytics and advertising platforms;
– Email and SMS delivery providers;
– Customer support and CRM tools; and
– Lead distribution, call center, and marketing-automation vendors.
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
4.3 With Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may allow third-party advertising networks, social media platforms, and analytics providers to collect information about your use of the Site over time so that they can help us:
– Measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
– Deliver targeted advertisements to you (on our Site or others); and
– Understand how visitors interact with our Site.
These third parties may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the Site and use that information to provide measurement services and targeted ads.
4.4 Business Transfers and Legal Requirements
We may share or transfer your information:
– In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets;
– To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
– To enforce our Terms & Conditions or protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property or that of others; or
– With your consent or at your direction.
4.5 “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third-party companies so they can market their own, unrelated products to you without connection to your request.
However, under some state privacy laws (for example, California law), our sharing of information with Lender Partners and certain advertising or analytics partners in exchange for compensation or other benefits may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Where required by law, we provide you with the right to opt out of such activities. See the section titled “Your Privacy Choices and State Privacy Rights” below.
5. Cookies and Online Tracking
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to:
– Recognize your browser or device;
– Remember your preferences;
– Analyze Site traffic and trends; and
– Serve and measure advertisements.
You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being placed. However, if you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) settings. There is currently no universally accepted standard on how to respond to DNT signals, and we do not respond to them at this time.
6. Marketing Communications; Text & Email
If you provide your contact information, we may use it to send you marketing and informational communications about reverse mortgages and related products, including via:
– Phone calls;
– Text/SMS messages; and
– Emails.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time:
– For texts: follow the instructions in the message (for example, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help);
– For emails: click the unsubscribe link in any email; or
– By contacting us at [email protected] with your request.
Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-marketing messages related to any ongoing relationship with us or with a Lender Partner you’ve already engaged.

If permitted in your state, you may authorize someone else to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof that you have provided the agent with signed permission, and may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
